Dhërmi Tour Packages

Dhërmi is a coastal village in southern Albania, within the municipality of Himarë. The settlement rises above the Ionian Sea on the slopes below the Ceraunian Mountains, while its beaches and accommodation stretch along the coast below.

The contrast is a large part of Dhërmi’s character. The old village is quieter and more traditional, with stone houses, narrow lanes and historic Orthodox churches, while the waterfront becomes one of the Albanian Riviera’s liveliest summer destinations.

Albania’s official tourism authority highlights Dhërmi’s clear Ionian water, traditional architecture, cultural heritage, local restaurants and seasonal cultural life.

Dhërmi

Dhërmi is one of the best-known coastal villages on the Albanian Riviera, set between the Ceraunian Mountains and the Ionian Sea in southern Albania. The destination combines the traditional hillside village of Dhërmi with clear-water beaches, coastal restaurants, summer nightlife and easy access to some of the Riviera’s most attractive coves and swimming spots.

Travellers visiting Dhërmi can explore the old village, spend time along Dhërmi Beach and Drymades, or take a private boat along the coastline towards Gjipe Beach, sea caves and more secluded sections of the Albanian Riviera. The surrounding landscape also makes Dhërmi a natural stop when travelling between Vlorë, Himarë, Porto Palermo, Sarandë and Ksamil.

Dhërmi works particularly well as a two-night stop within a longer Albania itinerary, giving enough time to combine the coast with village life, local food and a full day on the water. It is also a practical base for travellers continuing south towards Himarë and Sarandë or inland towards Gjirokastër.
