Hello, I’mSuela

Suela is one of Balkland’s favourite guides in Albania—certified, warm, and incredibly capable. Based around Tirana and guiding widely across the country, she leads experiences in Tirana, Berat, Korçë, Durrës, and much of Albania beyond—excluding the far south such as Sarandë and Ksamil.

What guests love most about Suela is her combination of kindness and determination. She’s genuinely lovely and helpful, but also a “get it done” person: quick to solve problems, fast to arrange what’s needed, and always pushing to make the day smoother, easier, and better for her guests. If something needs organising—timing, entries, last-minute adjustments, the right restaurant—Suela handles it with the energy of a fighter and the calm of a professional.

She’s also a true foodie, and she loves introducing guests to Albania through flavours as well as sights—pointing out what to try, where locals actually eat, and how food ties into regional culture.
