- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time to start paddling at the advertised time.

- The tour is not suitable for:

2. Individuals with heart conditions or serious medical issues.
3. Pregnant women.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour.
- No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the tour.
